Technologent Announces The Expansion of its Virtualization Service Offerings
LAKE FOREST, CA, April 2, 2009 - Technologent, a nationwide Solutions Integrator, today announced the expansion of the company’s Virtualization Practice area. The company offers a complete set of virtualization services that help businesses optimize their IT resources and run their data centers more efficiently. Virtualization technologies provide clients with the ability to lower IT hardware acquisition and maintenance costs through consolidation of their environment. Technologent’s experienced virtualization consultants can provide end-to-end services and solutions that help clients design, deploy, migrate and manage virtualized solutions.
Technologent’s virtualization service offerings include Virtualization Assessments, Solution Implementations and Health Check Services. A Virtualization Assessment allows a Technologent Solution Architect to recommend a virtualization strategy and hardware platform, perform a gap analysis and determine benefits from virtualizing. During a customized Solution Implementation, a Technologent Consultant will install and integrate all components of a virtualization solution, including server hardware, storage hardware, virtualization software and any associated third-party software solutions. Finally, as part of the Health Check Service, Technologent Consultants will perform on-site visits to assess the health, configuration and architecture of the client’s virtualized environment. This service allows clients to stay up to date on current best practices, capacity planning and identification of potential problems or performance bottlenecks.
