The idea for ThinIdentity originated when the company’s founder spent time observing the workflow of doctors and nurses. He noticed that each time they met with a patient, they spent several minutes logging on to a PC, searching for applications, and entering data. Typically, they repeated that process 50 or more times per day. It became evident that this process was a persistent drain on caregiver productivity and patient care was suffering because of it.
