Technologent is a Woman Owned, Tier 1 Diversity Supplier who is WBENC certified.
We recognize that diversity is the foundation of innovation and are proud to be a technology company where women represent 40% of our team.
With success comes responsibility, and we strongly believe in giving back to our community. We have been supporting philanthropies such as Girl Scouts of America and Girls who Code for many years. In 2017, we lost an employee during the horrific Route 91 Harvest Festival shooting in Las Vegas. In her honor, we launched the “Neysa Davis Tonks Mentor Endowment” at UNLV. Neysa was passionate about education and mentoring, so this endowment provides financial support for students to participate in the Peer Research Coaching Program to support mentoring of students.
The endowment is funded in a variety of ways, but this year our engineers have refurbished a 1955 Chevy truck which will be auctioned at the Barrett-Jackson Las Vegas show and all proceeds from that sale will go towards the endowment. Like Neysa, we, too, are passionate about education and mentoring, so we offer paid internships to around 10-15 college students each year. We focus on teaching them organizational and leadership skills as well as sales and IT training.
Technologent and their employees also support philanthropies such as A Mighty Change of Heart - which provides duffle bags, school backpacks and scholarships to children in foster care. And the last few years we have sponsored a team who does a sleep out on the streets to bring awareness and funds to the Covenant House who works to keep children off the street. Finally, our leadership team support Willow International who work to stop human trafficking as well as restore the lives of the victims that have been rescued.
